How it works

See a deal run itself.

Two quiet minutes: a listing won from a couch, a client who never has to ask what’s next, and a closing that ends with a five-star review.

The two-minute reelA listing won, a client onboarded, a sale closed, and a referral: real screens, no narration. Notice how rarely the agent’s phone lights up.

The listing was won before you ever presented.

Someone from the open house, a name from church, your neighbor’s sister: you send one link. It opens as your page, in your brand, making your whole case: how you work, what you cover, what your last forty clients said. They read it twice, on their own couch, on their own time. At 9:40 on a Tuesday night, they tap “Let’s do this.” No listing presentation performed. No packet printed. No second appointment to win what the page already won.

What you do
Send your link: text, email, or the QR code on your sign. Then watch: you’ll see when they opened it, how often, and what they tapped.
What your clients do
Read your whole pitch without an audience. When they’re ready, they come to you already convinced.

Great meeting you Saturday. Here's exactly how I'd handle your sale, start to finish. Text me any questions.

The usual forty questions, answered before they’re ever asked.

Their concierge opens with their names on it. No password to invent, nothing to figure out. One link claims the whole household. They see the phase they’re in, what happens next, the appointments already on the calendar, and a note from you. The text that used to arrive at nine at night (“wait, what comes after inspection?”) goes to the app instead. It was already answered before they thought to ask.

What you do
Pick their journey, already tuned from your defaults, and write one welcome note. That’s the whole setup.
What your clients do
Open it, see their names, and breathe out. The questions they were saving for you are already waiting, answered.

The deal moves while you’re at your daughter’s game.

Every step carries an owner, a deadline, and the pro attached to it. Deadlines count from the contract, so the deal dates itself. Your client books the inspector from inside the step that needs him. And when something slips, the board tells you (on track: 6, watch: 2, behind: 1) before anyone has to make a call. Your phone stays quiet about logistics. So when you do call, it’s to ask how they’re feeling, not to say where the paperwork is.

What you do
Watch the whole board, nudge only where it’s needed, and spend the hours you just got back winning the next listing.
What your clients do
Check things off. Book the pro from the step itself. Read “why this matters” instead of texting you at nine at night.

Sold, and the five-star review asks for itself.

The keys change hands, “Sold” lights up under your name, and at the peak of the closing-day high the app quietly asks the question you hate asking: “How did I do?” The review lands under your name, while the feeling is still warm. Then the app becomes their home’s memory: the paint colors, the filter sizes, the seasonal reminders, your pro list. Free for as long as they own the house. Your face stays beside the phone number.

What you do
Hand over the keys and let the moment do the asking.
What your clients do
Celebrate. Leave the review while it’s easy. Keep your app on their phone for the next eight years.

Congratulations, Miles & Rowan.

How did I do?
Your concierge stays with you. Your Home Hub just unlocked.
Two years later, another Tuesday

They're still your client. They just don't have a deal right now.

Every seasonal reminder is a reminder of you. Every pro they book came from your list. And when it's time to sell, the app they already live in has your face beside the phone number.
